• Sotrans Info, a company that issues a monthly auto journal is founded.
• Spare Parts stores are opened in Saratov and Togliatti.
• Sotrans Auto became an exclusive distributor of SEM (Shandong Machinery) in Northwestern Russia.
• Launching of the largest search engine for trucks and machinery, www.trucks.ru
• Sotrans Holding signed an agreement to become the first independent official Scania dealer in Russian Northwest region.
• NordScan, an official Scania dealer is founded.
• Sotrans City, a real estate development company is founded.
• Sotrans Story, a construction company is founded.

2009

• Spare Parts stores are opened in Yekaterinburg and Rostov-on-Don.
• Publication of the first issue of «Trucks.ru» magazine – review on commercial vehicles and freight service.
• Autolombard, a pawn shop that gives loans with a vehicle serving as a collateral, is founded.
• Participation of Sotrans Holding in TransRussia 2009 fair
• Spare Parts stores in Novosibirsk and Krasny Bor are founded.
• Launching of the internet spare parts store at www.shop.sotrans.ru
• NordScan is recognized by Scania Russia as the best dealer in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters of 2009.
• Construction of the multifunctional cargo terminal and service station in Krasny Bor (Tosno region) commenced.

2010

• Opened a subsidiary that focuses on spare parts sale and service for special and heavy machinery;
• Opened a division that focuses on
  • short term rentals of construction equipment,
  • gravel, sand sales and delivery,
  • gas and oil products delivery to customers;
• Signed an agreement with Ford for light Truck Dealership;
• Expanded Sotrans Trade chain if stores into new regions such as Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Ufa, Omsk
• Bereit Neft Ltd. was founded. The company specializes in fuel sales and delivery;
• Sotrans Stroi Ltd. commenced gravel and sand sales and delivery. Company fleet consists of 23 dumpers and 15 units of special and construction equipment;
• Sotrans’ partner, Bereit-Auto, opened a spare parts sales department. The company offers a wide range of products from leading manufacturers for European, Japanese and Korean light auto and commercial vehicles. Bereit-Auto also sells spare parts through its web site www.888auto.ru;
• In 2010 Sotrans Ltd. purchased 15 new Scania and 58 MAN trucks and 22 K?gel trailers;
• A new company, Piter Bus Center Ltd., was founded. The company signed a warranty and repair service contract with “Russian buses – Gruppa GAZ”;
• Construction machinery spare parts sales department was opened.
