A new volvo service station opening

On september 23, grand opening of st. Petersburg"s fourth service station for volvo trucks and busses took place. The station is located in the north of the city, in the parnas production zone at 16, verkhnyaya street. Present at the opening were serguey gumin, deputy head for the vyborgsky district, marina gorbacheva, construction manager, vladimir timofeyev, chairman for the 15th municipal circuit. The opening ceremony with ribbon-cutting and official greetings was preceded by a press conference. Lars korneliusson, general director for zao volvo-vostok, attended the opening of kvarta service center and presented as a gift a picture of a vehicle.
After the festivities the huge hall was transformed into a workshop and quickly filled in with invited customers and company partners. An impressive heavy-duty truck was greeted by a standing ovation as it arrived in a rain of fire and brimstone, which started the unofficial part with fiery dancing and buffet. The highlight of the evening was a display of fireworks that illuminated the night sky of st. Petersburg.
The station is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. All the technicians have received professional training for servicing volvo trucks. The station has an emergency full service truck for roadside e
mergencies to get vehicles back up and running in the shortest time possible.
